Processing Times

  • Orders are processed and dispatched on the same day if placed before 1:00 PM UK time (Monday to Friday).
  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM or on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Options

  • International Orders:
    We ship worldwide! Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Delivery Times

Tracking Your Order

  • Most orders include tracking information. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
  • For Royal Mail Standard Delivery, tracking updates only occur once a delivery attempt has been made.

Missed or Lost Deliveries

  • For lost parcels, we will investigate with the courier and offer a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
