Refund & Return Policy

At Mekworks, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at mekworks.photography@gmail.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label
  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item arrives damaged
  • You receive the wrong item

We will work promptly to resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
  • Customised or personalised items
  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you'd like a replacement, the quickest way is to return the item and place a new order once your return is approved.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without a justification.
To qualify, the item must be:

  • In its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at mekworks.photography@gmail.com.
